Egg omelette is my favorite breakfast. It is a nutritious food to start your day. A healthy diet should have at least one to two eggs a day.
If I would have to cook my egg omelette, I want it to be cooked this way:
1. Beat 1 or 2 eggs.
2. Chop tomatoes and onions. Mix it with the egg.
3. Heat the pan. Pour a little amount of oil. Then saute chopped garlic in it.
4. When the garlic become light brown, pour the egg with tomatoes and onions in the pan.
5. Cook it well-done.
